On January 24, 2017, Airport Dining and Retail (ADR) staff plan to brief the Port of Seattle Commission (Commission) at their regularly scheduled meeting on a proposed list of ADR units to be included in Lease Group 4. 

 

ADR staff plans to return to the Commission in February 2017 to request approval to conduct competitive solicitations for these units.

This deadline extension is due to the number of questions received from potential proposers, and the need to provide time for proposers to consider the Port's responses in their proposal effort. The Port wants to ensure that all proposers have an opportunity to submit a thoughtful, responsive proposal.
