Locations CT-24 (currently occupied by Wendy’s) and CT-1 (currently occupied by Anthony’s) are still suspended from the Lease Group 3 Opportunities, pending the outcome of bids that the Port will be soliciting for the construction of elevators and additional HVAC capacity in the Central Terminal.  We expect to know the outcome of those construction bids this fall.  At that point, presuming that we have good bids, we will re-advertise these two (2) leasing opportunities and that advertisement will be communicated to all firms registered on our leasing website.

The Competitive Evaluation Process (“CEP”) documents and the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) documents for Lease Group 4 opportunities are now available for download.  Lease Group 4 consists of seven food and beverage opportunities and five retail opportunities, involving 21 locations. 

 

The Port will be hosting the following educational events regarding these leasing opportunities:         

      • Informational Meeting and Tour: 2:00pm – 5:00pm on Wednesday, July 26th
      • Tour Only: 9:00am – 11:00am on Wednesday, August 2nd

 

The Informational Meeting on July 26th will be videotaped and available for viewing on the leasing website by August 8th.  If you are unable to attend the Informational Meeting you will be able to view the video and download all handout materials that were provided. 

 

Pre-registration is required for both the information meeting and site tour. To register, please email the following information to sea-tacleasing@airprojects.net by: Friday, July 21, 2017.
